Policies

To maintain quality and ensure an allergy free environment, Villa Sol is a "No Pets", "No Drugs", and "No Smoking" . Smoking is permitted outside only.

SECURITY AND DAMAGE DEPOSITS

$100.00 Reimbursable Deposit is Required for all reservations that are less than 7 nights.

$200.00 Reimbursable Deposit is Required for all reservations that are more than 7 nights.

DEPOSITS AND CONFIRMATION

After you place a reservation with us, we require a 50% rental deposit. Upon receiving that, we will promptly return you a confirmation and receipt letter. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION

With a 60 day or more written notice we will refund the full deposit, less a $50.00 processing fee. With less than a 60 day written notice, we make best effort to re-book the villa and refund what is re-rented less a $50.00 processing fee.
