My family and I (husband, 2 sons ages 17 and 21 and their friends - 7 people) stayed in Villa Sol for 3 nights in July 08. Accomodations were perfect for us - clean and charming. The 4 bedrooms were comfortable with good mattresses. Kitchen was fully equipped with spices -- Jean and Harry even had milk, coffee, juice, a tray of coldcuts and bread waiting for us upon check in. That was a very nice touch as was Jean doing our laundry! Who could ask for more. The garden of the house is beautiful and you will be awakened by roosters. The neighborhood is mostly local people. My husband and I took a walk around the neighborhood early in the morning and everyone was friendly. The beach is about a half a block away. Nice for a dip but we chose to go to a snorkle beach about a 15 min drive away -- Jean recommended it -- it was beautiful and snorkling was outstanding. Both Jean and Harry are very knowledgeable about where to eat and go in the area. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend this location to our friends and family. We'll be back too! What can I say?...4 of my friends and I spent 5 days at Jean and Harry's beautiful home in Rincon when we came over for a wedding at nearby Rincon Beach Resort and had the most awesome time ever!The apartment was a perfect base for exploring Rincon and Jean and Harry gave us lots of tips (I greatly recommend going to Shipwreck for a meal - delicious). Apart from renting us such a beautiful home, Jean and Harry went out of their way to ensure our holiday was special, lending us beach stuff (boogie boards, snorkels, fins etc), washing our clothes, providing us with a delicious deli selection for when we arrived after our long flight and even gave some sour orange juice from their beautiful garden to soothe our sore heads after one too many of the local beers :) The nearby beach is beautiful and pretty quiet which was great. We wish we'd asked about the snorkle beach (stepps) sooner so we could've managed to do that but alas it was too rough the day we went. I only hope we can convince all of our friends to get married in beautiful Rincon! Thanks for everything! Sarah and co

our small group -8 estonians spent 3 nights in Villa Sol, Rincon. Jean and Harry are great hosts and they have nice and comfortable home! We were really lucky there, they helped us with laundry, to find great and fresh food, shared all kind of information, where to go/what to do, lended all kind of beach equipment as well!
Most charming was them help to find lost rental car keys from the beach in darkness! Thank you so much for your support and great hospitality extended to us during our stay!
We recommend you for all our friends and wish you all the best for the future!
We all started to love Puerto Rico and hopefully will come back one day!

Villa Sol is perfect place for vacation and we would recommend it to everybody who appreciate fresh fruit in the morning, fish grilling in the garden and the nicest hosts ever. The villa was very nice and clean, extremely well-maintained. And rooms were so comfortable, it made us feel like at home:) We were surprised by the equipment that Jean and Harry provided for free: snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, sunshade and clean beach towel every morning :) And the fresh aloe, when we got sunburn.
This place is truly your home away from home!

Dear Jean and Harry, thank you so much for the perfect vacation and we will be back :)
